Kia ora e te whanau,

Thank you to all those whanau on Whaea Emma’s bus and Matua Rehua’s bus for your patience regarding our truck bus.

We are now back in business with both buses on the road,

One more thing e te whanau, just a reminder, we do not use our buses as a convenience for tamariki who think it is okay to jump on one bus onto another bus so that they can go to their friends place when they feel like it. These buses are not taxi’s or Ubers. Kia mataara mai, I will be checking this.

Please contact the Tumuaki if there is a reason for this.

Our Tau 5–6 students have been given the opportunity to take part in Community Swimming again this year. This is a valuable learning experience, and like all areas of the curriculum, we strongly encourage students to participate.

If you have any concerns regarding your child’s participation, please contact their kaiako at school to discuss this further.

Tau 5–6 Community Swimming Programme

Location: Moana Nui a Kiwa Pool and Leisure Centre

Day:  Every Tuesday 

Time: 10am-2pm

Please ensure your child has the following:

Togs/ Towel
Hat 
Goggles (optional)
